Charitable Donations & BeneficiariesCAHI has and continues to give back to the community. Our veterans, children, homeless, hungry, those in need and those suffering from natural disasters are our beneficiaries. We encourage our members to donate time and monies to worthy causes to help the less fortunate. CAHI has donated thousands of dollars in recent years and from time to time CAHI will match donations from members. Our contributions go to the organizations that have the volunteers and manpower in place locally, statewide, in our nation & around the world to provide the needed assistance to those less fortunate and in despair.
Our beneficiaries include:
Veterans Administration Stand Down Haitian Relief Fund Autism Speaks Channel 3 WFSB Kids Camp Southeast Asia Tsunami Fund Katrina Relief Fund Spoonerhouse Homeless Shelter The Sunshine Fund "Fallen Hero's" Fund Foodshare American Lung Association Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund MADD-Mothers Against Drunk Driving Bob Bowen Daughter's Fund Veterans' Home at Rocky Hill CAHI Academic Scholarship
Members have donated their time to "Habitat for Humanity" "Angel Food Ministries" "Historical Societies"
As long as there is a need, we will continue to do our part!
